This year we had 3 outstanding contestants who began preparing for the Pageant since the first MIUNM Interest Meeting in February 2015. Once they submitted their applications on March 5, the group met weekly to plan and coordinate for the Pageant.

The 3 Contestants competed in 5 areas:

  • Cumulative GPA
  • Essay Writing
  • Fundraising
  • Traditional Talent
  • Impromptu Questioning

Each Contestant is commended for competing for the honor of serving as an Ambassador of the UNM American Indian community. Thank you to all the Contestants and supporters!
